Judo is even better with friends!

Throughout November, invite a friend who is new to Ippon Judo London to come along and try judo. They'll enjoy any of our judo sessions FREE throughout November, and as a thank you, you'll receive an exclusive Ippon Judo London hat!

What can they expect?

Our sessions are all about having fun, meeting new people and discovering what judo is all about.

They'll learn how to fall safely, practise throwing techniques and get to grips with groundwork, learning how to control an opponent on the floor.

Depending on their age, they'll also explore different ways of winning a judo contest:

• Under 12s: Learning to score with throws and holding an opponent down.

• Teens and Seniors: Developing their skills further, including arm locks and strangles, alongside throwing and groundwork.

We'll provide a gi to use, so all they need to bring is their enthusiasm!

How to take part

1. Invite a friend who is new to Ippon Judo London.

2. Send them this booking link so they can choose their session and reserve their place.

3. Your friend enjoys their judo sessions FREE throughout November.

4. You'll receive your exclusive Ippon Judo London hat!
