Senior Trial Sessions

You can book up to two free trial sessions from the available dates. Your trial is valid only for the date(s) selected when booking, so please choose dates you are able to attend.

Senior Judo Trial Sessions

Our senior trial sessions give complete beginners (white belts) the opportunity to join our regular senior training sessions, meet the wider group and experience training at Ippon Judo London. The sessions are carefully tailored to ensure that those new to judo can learn the fundamentals, build confidence and take part alongside our existing members.

• Monday sessions focus on movement, gripping, wrestling and applying techniques through live practice and randori.

• Friday sessions are more technical, giving you time to learn and develop your skills before putting them into practice.

The two sessions complement each other, so we recommend attending on a Monday and Friday to see which you enjoy most. Many of our regular players attend both sessions. A spare judo kit can be provided if required. Remember to bring a water-bottle or hydration drink.

Venue information: Monday sessions take place in the downstairs large hall, with entry via the fire exit on Ewell Road. Friday sessions are held upstairs, with entry through the main entrance next to the car park. Free parking, toilets and kitchen facilities are available.
