Monday Teens (ages 11 - 18)
What to bring: Please arrive in a full judo gi with a water bottle or energy drink as sessions can be quite physically demanding.
Timing: Please arrive five minutes early to allow for a smooth transition between classes.
Location: Sessions are held in the downstairs hall at our Surbiton Hub, Long Ditton Village Hall, KT6 5LE (entry via the fire door on Ewell Road).
For parents: There's seating available if you'd like to stay and watch the session.
