Summer Block: Senior Judo (Mondays & Fridays)
The class is held in the downstairs hall (entry via the fire exit on Ewell Road) on a Monday and the upstairs hall on a Friday. Please note, the door will shut once the session begins. All members will need to arrive in a clean judo gi (no split kit ie. blue jacket with white trousers). A water-bottle or energy drink is also required as sessions can be physically demanding.
