St. Paul's Catholic College Taster Session

The Judo Taster Session at St. Paul's Catholic College is a great opportunity for all pupils to get involved, whether you're completely new to judo or already have some experience. Beginners will be introduced to the basics of this exciting Olympic martial art in a fun and supportive environment, while students with previous recreational or competitive experience are encouraged to come along, refresh their skills, meet other judoka, and find out more about the school judo club.

Please arrive five minutes early to allow for a prompt start to the session. The class will be held in the main sports hall.

Students should wear comfortable joggers and a long-sleeved top for the session. Please also bring a water bottle, as the session can be physically demanding.
