Join us for a fun Judo Taster session on Friday 11th September (2:45pm – 3:45pm) in the Main Hall (Main Building) at Waldegrave School. Pupils should wear joggers or leggings and a comfortable top. A judo jacket will be provided for the session. Please bring a water bottle, as judo can be physically demanding.
We'll explore both standing techniques and groundwork through fun, engaging activities. Pupils signing up for the Autumn Term will receive their own judo kit as part of the package.
Classes are taught by former GB athlete Charlotte Potter (5th Dan) and all gradings are official and passed through the British Judo Association.
